As of January 2010, directly manages assets in different categories with a value of more than 500 Mio USD, and is minority shareholder in various other ventures.
In 2009 management und partners of Thunderbird, and associated networks organized the consolidation of different assets in a real estate and private equity fund. The fund management team has an extensive track record in M&A, IPO and the real estate market. In beginning of 2010 Thunderbird launched together with affiliated Partners the first mezzanine real estate funds distributed to the public.
