Acquiring real estate with development potential in Germany Switzerland, Spain, or South East Asia in inner city residential locations, or hotel and residence developments in resort destinations with a short to long term hold strategy. Currently the group has real estate developments with a value of approx. 500 Mio Euro under development.
Acquiring a controlling interest in an operating company, generally in the IT, media, or real estate sector, for operational turn around in a longer term hold strategy.
